[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony cooler sumo | |
The symphony cooler company i thought would be best in the market, bought the cooler around two years back and after 1st year the water motor stopped working as it could not pump the water to the body, i got it replaced, second year the fan broke, i registered a complaint with company which is in ahmadabad, gujarat. I was told the fan would cost me 1250+350 service charge. I agreed but the service guy came with wrong fan. When i asked why the fan broke, he told me that you did not changed cooler pads from company hence the motor (1 year) malfunctioned and second year fan broke... Is this an answer from a respectable company representative. Is this the quality of products that symphony coolers company makes. Quite disgusting. Some body asked me for what cooler we should buy i simply said better to buy local one rather then branded one. Was this information helpful? | |
