[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony cooler-Water leakage due to part missing from day 1 of purchase | |
Hi, I have purchased the new cooler on 2nd April 2021 .after reaching at home i have started the cooler and found water leakage happening so i called to dealer for replacement of Cooler .he dint agree to replace and started rude behavior and asked me to call customer care team. I have booked a complaint with Symphony on 2nd April 2021 . case no-HY[protected] Service team came on 3rd April 2021 and checked and they told that part is missing .they tried to repair but its not working . as a consumer what i have to do.no one is listening to me and dealer is doing miss behavior to me . i ma helpless now .i have invested 5600 to purchase this cooler . i want a strong complaint for the dealer and Symphony to replace or refund my money .. attached purchase bill.
