Worst Customer Service.
I bought Symphony Diet 22i Tower Air Cooler (White, 22 Litres) for 10 K in June 2016 purchased in More Mega store Marthahalli.

First Experience :
Piece was problematic since day one and I called the customer care, a number was given and the technician was very very rude. He acted like a goon and demended me money stating the water was leaking due to some hard water issues .It worked fine and after some time we had no reason to use as it was winter and the device was kept in storage.
Second :
We recently started using it and found the water leaking out and I raised a customer call and an ID was sent to my message.
Service Request : BL-MI-4D17023 and mob nu : [protected] and Name : VIJAYA K was given.
Its been 10 days passed and even after repeated following up with the mentioned number they never came and suddenly I recieved a message stating that "We have found that Air Cooler is working fine . We cannot process your request. SYMPHONY".
Such a fraudulent service I felt throwing the device out of my balcony. I request other customers not to but and fall for Symphony. It's the worst product I have ever purchased and a pathetic customer service. I wish I catch the CEO of the company and hold him accountable for this **** things.
