I have purchased Symphony Diet cooler in March 2021.
Since April 2021 it started giving problem. The cooler throws out water from fan outlet.
I have registered almost 4 complaints in last 1 year and none of the complaint was addressed properly.
Finally last complaint was closed stating spare part not available.
No one from Symphony customer care never ever visited to physically check the cooler at my place. Then how can they close the complaint as spare part not available.

3rd April 2021 :

In October 2021 they sent below message :
Dear Symphony Customer, Your service request NA[protected] is cancelled for Spare parts was not available.For assistance pls contact at [protected].
Providing spare part is responsibility of Symphony. When the complaint was registered it was under warranty period.
Kindly help resolve this issue ASAP.
