I have purchased a symphony sumo jr. Cooler, i registered the complaint for repair the cooler, its motor is not working, the service engineer visit and inspect the cooler, and suggested to me replace the motor with new one and it is available only from side of symphony ltd. I agree to repair, the engineer promise me to replace the motor with in three days, Service request no. Ah-sp-5d 17022 Almost 2 month going to complete he never com back, after so many call even i call on ivr again and they promise the engineer will repair soon, Such a poor service with monopoly of company some other brand motor doesn't work with that, company is selling its product as per use and throw policy, there is no service provided by this company.
