Dear sir I have symphony 35 touch and have raise my complaint on 1st oct and i have call them many times but sir due to under warranty complaint they are not giving me a proper response. After 12 days of complaint registered still symphony engineer didn't visit on my home. Pls sir do the necessary action. I have attached msgs frm symphony.
