[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony touch 80 | |||
I buy touch 80 cooler on 1 april from kota. And it's air is only like a fan not having any cooling.. Fan is more better than this cooler. I complain it mechanic came check pad and said that after some day it will give cool air but still this cooler giving only dry air. Not have a single bit of moisture in air.. This cooler is simply equivalent to a table fan than why symphony charged 13500 for this.in this range we can buy best cooling air.. Is thia my mistake that i believe in brand value of symphony.. I bought a Symphony touch 80 cooler on 3June 2018 from Arora electricals Fatehnagar Delhi in Rs 13700. This is not a good product, no cooling effect at all. The manufacturer and dealer must think about their brand value and reputation. I feel cheated in the name of a reputed brand name symphony. The company must take it back
