[Resolved]  Symphony Limited — Symphony winter air cooler

Hi,

I bought symphony winter air cooler in may 2016, exactly after one year this summer main motor got break down. I logged the compalint and company routed the complaint to service centre in ghaziabad. The service engr or rather i should say a person came and said that motor has short/burrnt. He said that there water dropped to motor and cuased motor burned. My question is how could it happen when we never ever opened the cooler. Even we got pads changed in this may thru symphoni service center only? If the water from pumping system reached to main motor how do we remain fresponsible??? Why not symphony able to make it full-proof or robust system??? They are charging highest price amongst the similar level manufacturers. They are selling spares at exceptionaly higher price as an example motor cost is inr2000 odd. The motor got burnt with in one year? This is ridicules. And therefore, i bought a cooler paid inr11500 odd and after one year i have to spent another 2500/- this is worse quality and moreover least reliable company. Come back to complaint, the service engr came 2days back, replaced the motor - and very next day it stopped working again, called and came again yesterday cooler resumed to work, and today again motor stopped working. Is this a kind of joke??? Are we sitting free to call company every day especially in thhis hot n humid weather. Don't we have other work/job to do and earn for life??? Therefore, in the name of customer service compny persons resolving one issue and at the same time seeding other issue so customer has to call /logger compaint sooner again and that give another change to symphony to sell spare and make money thru service.
I want company to tell me how would they compensate our stress, risk to health n desease, lsoe of time, and energy we invested/wasted in past 4-5days??

Symphony to compensate this. I'm not goi g to leave this. Else sahll be putting it in public domain /social network, to warin country's honest people not to buy symhpny products.

I have seen a lot complaint here in and customer response rating stands jsut 29% this shows the reliability of symphony and more over its customer focus.

this seems to be worse company in this product line and who charge pretty higher price for their LOW QUALITY product...

3rd time symphony person came two days back and suggested us to use a stick like object to hit fan blade from front so that it help motor take start???????????????????? is this kind ofjoke???

is this symphony way of service ? are they make coolers which require to hit by stick to start?

did i spend over inr 13k for this kind of product? is this durability of your product?

company expect customer invest another rs[protected] after jsut one year of purchase ?????

it forced us suffer for over 10days when there is extremelty hot and humid weather? bought this wrose quality company product we put our mind n health on big risk and in addition the mental disappointment in dealing with such company? need to know how company is going to compensate on this the kind of problem n stress we faced????

this is continuously spreading in public domain...

what sorry, does symphony's sorry will return what time, energy we waste and put us on health risk in hot and humid summer for over one week.

is starting motor with stick is service of symphony?

how dare company selling poor quality motor at abnormally higher cost and that too got burnt in one year. a motor shouldnt burn even after 3 years. it is clesr cut cheat to customers.

how dare company charging rs13k or more for a product that hardly survive one year odd?

want company to give one similar size, output cooler of other trusted brand as back up so that we are forced to suffer in case of future complaint.

and how company will compenste on time and energy we waste and disappointment we achieved in over a week time.? symphony may calc and propose.
