I have purchased it 2 days back and the cool option is not working . Though the service person changed the PCB and did some minor repairs its not working. I want it to get replaced immediately otherwise i will proceed legally and also inform the media regarding the issue. Feeling shame to keep an branded cooler unused since 2 days. THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.
