[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony/cooler 22 diet | |||
Hello, I am Nitin Sharma a resident of Noida Sector - 120.I have a symphony diet 22i cooler which i am using since last 2 seasons and due to some load fluctuation problem it got dead and not working.So, i thought i should contact customer support and it would be a large customer support due to big name in coolers but when called then found a same lady always picked up the phone who told me that she will send a technician then I regularly followed this lady during this time but finally i shocked to see a message from symphony which stated that "Dear customer we are unable to contact you since last three days so we have closed your complain" and situation become more critical when technician came same day and asked me around Rs.1500 to resolve the issue and after a long discussion i send him by saying no.
