[Resolved] Symphony Limited — The service of technician | |||
Today morning we have loged a service request dh-su-5f17001at 10:00am for my cooler jumbo jr, but till the time at 6:30pm no any technician called or came to resolve the issue. This is the case of harassing the customer in the temperature of 38. C. When we have to go to outside for service our product then what is the benefit of symphony's customer services??? I am Shakir Nadvi, i purchased a new Symphony cooler in March 2016 price Rs 17000, after one month my Symphony cooler is not working, i was complaints daily from last year but no body give any response, finally i fed up and complaint you so please do needful .i
