Dear sir, I have purchased symphony touch 110 from dealer of 16200 rupees. But from the first day it's cooling like a fan and water pump faulty. Company technician visit 2 time but unable to solve this issue. Please help. I open complaint and company closed it without resolution. Please help. If product faulty then change and provide a new product. I have opened compalint on social media account and facebook. But resolution. Is not there. Now my cooler is out of warranty
And they are refusing to come.
