[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Touch 35 | |||
Worst service, the cooler was not working within few days, on 7th I have lodged a complaint, on 9th I got a call and I asked the technician to come the next day as I was in a meeting, until 15th I don't have a response and even if I call them, no one was responding. On 17th I have lodged the complaint again and on 19th I get a call asking if I am satisfied with the service. What is this nonsense? When I call them today, they respond telling that the case has been closed due to lack of response from the customer while I have not received any call. When I told them that I am going to the consumer forum, they disconnect my call. And the great thing is that my cooler is a new one and within the warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||
