[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Unprofessional company with worst customer support team | |||||
I brought a cooler and 3 days after raised a complain on 30th march, the same was attend to after 2 months. Service engineer checked and confirmed the below reason of issue closure. "this product design is faulty and we cannot fix this issue as this product is sold asis" Contacted the customer care regarding this and they mentioned that some one would contact me before end of the day. On three occasions with same status. Requested for arefund or exchange and reason given "we cannot entertain such request as this is not as per our policy". Since then 15 days have gone by, with no response. Sincere recommendation to any future customers would be to "never never buy any product from symphony - it's a fraud company".
