Symphony Limited — Water Sensor Not working & Water Comes from Air Vents - Worst Service | |
Last year Purchased Storm 70i model and within 1 year Collar Window braked, Water Pump faulty & Water Sensor stopped to work due to some Ret bite issue. Then Complaint raised to Customer Care but after multiple escalation on Call/Mail technician mapped to resolve the issue. And i paid approx 3500 Rs to fix the issue but again within 2 months again facing the below issue but not getting Support/update from Customer Care. Even i have called to Symphony Area Manager – Worst Service experience, I Can’t understand now what should i do !! Water Sensor stopped to work Electric shock observed on back window Water Comes from Air Vents No. of Complaints raised but still issue not resolve yet.
