[Resolved] Symphony — My cooler is not working and i just purchased it. | |||
Hi Team, I bought Hi Cool i symphony air cooler on 13th May and very first day the LED indicator for cooling was not working and after 3-4 days the remote stopped working. I called your team and they came and changed the LED and told me that they don't have remote in their inventory and will provide us next day. Till date i didn't get the remote. I called them even last week but still no one came at my home yet. This is total unprofessional and unethical of doing business. Also i was not expecting these problems within 30 days of purchase.
