Symphony — newly purchased symphony jumbo cooler is unable to pump the water

I have purchased symphony cooler. it is under warranty period.since first day it is unable to pump the water.i have lodged complaint on 1st july 2014 but related persons of local center are not comming for repairing.they are makng mefool since 10days in place of vsiting.i can say they troubling me which is not acceptable to your company.
kindly help me by sending to person concern for repairing.
