this all about complaint and response from the company as well dated 18/7/2014, rest u better understand the situation, its all one month past and no response at all.

ONLY SHARE your secret code with service engineer if completely

purchase bill copy to service engineer.
Symphony Air cooler carries 1 year warranty as per Owner's
Manual. To avail under warranty services give a photocopy of
the valid purchase bill to service engineer.
To get best cooling, always check following before registering
your request.
Ensure sufficient water is in the tank.
Keep window or door open for cross ventilation.
3. Switch on to cooling Mode
We recommend replacing the pads every year by registering
request either on [protected] or visit us at www.symphonylimited.com/service .cooling pads are not covered under warranty.
