[Resolved] Symphony — Overcharged during Cooler Servicing | |||
It's regarding a service complaint that I registered in April 2014 for repairing of Symphony Hi Cool Air Cooler. Details given below:- Service Complain No. U-SD-31C14009; Part changed: Submersible water pump; Charges Paid: 850/- (Pump) + 200/- (Service Charge) = 1050/- as against the pricelist showing Rs. 755/-. Mar 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks, I got the refund. Person from the company who did the repairing refunded the extra amount. Though incomplete work still remains as it is. Symphony Limited customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
