We have bought symphony 12L air cooler along with warranty (1 year) in April and it's not working after 15 days of purchase. We have approached customer care and other concerned persons multiple times but the issue is still not resolved. It's been already 4 months without any proper action and the raised complaints has been closed without any resolution. I never seen such a poor customer service. They are very much proactive in closing complaints instead of resolution
