I have booked a complaint on 2t.05.2014 & I got a sms from Symphony mentioning my complaint no. as FA-VK-24E14009 and also mentioned That Mr Vikram Yadav will attend my complaint. But he has not shown up so far even after making more than 30 phone calls, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within warranty period. I have not been able to go out and do other work for last three days as everytime he is assuring that he will attend shortly. Do I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even 15 days since i bought winter i cooler. i am regereting the decision, i am thinking about filing a case against such a bad service of Symphony. Thanks,
