I would like to inform you that I have purchased a mobile model no. Symphony W82 Product IMEI : [protected]. Due to problem I send it for service on your service point: Symphony Customer Care, Basundhara City Br., Dhaka, Bangladesh. The delivery date was 25 May14. But yet not they solve the problem.
Please arrange to deliver soon/change and keep commitment of your company. Note LSO no. 72406.
