Hi, I am very frustrated with the after sales service of Symphony. Its just a month back i bought Symphony diet 22 i water cooler and the pump stopped working. I had raised a complaint around a week back ( complain no. BL-DS-23E14001, on 23rd of may). Till date no one from the service centre has reverted. And moreover, they just have automated system to takes down the service request. Have called some 20 times. This is the response i have been getting right from the beginning: "Dear customer, Your complaint No BL-DS-23E14001 has already been forwarded to symphony authorised service center & under resolution. We appreciate your patience & cooperation. " What do they expect when they say they appreciate our patience. Either refund back my money and take your pathetic product back or provide the service asap. Hope posting here makes some difference to them. Regards, Vinay Was this information helpful? | |||

Warranty period service is worst
I bought one Symphony air cooler diet 22i on 6th april 2014 and found one problem when start in cooling mode. I raised complaint twice (7th April 2014 and 10th April 2014) but no one respond to this.40%
