Dear Symphony,
I didn't expect the most famous symphony cooler has started producing faulty products. I bought symphony sumo 75 XL last year before summer. After spending around 11000/-, I am not at all satisfied from the performance of this cooler. First of all it has no cooling efficiency as mentioned on Amazon website. Second its pump is really absurd. Last year pump was working but this year it is not working at all as if it was diligently made for usage of one year warranty period. What should I do now as warranty is over? Again waste money and repair this ### cooler.
I purchased local cooler for 3500/- four years back. The pump provided in that local cooler is working fine for 4 years. You should be shameful that you are selling crap in the name of brand and fooling CUSTOMERs in the name of one-year warranty. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy symphony coolers because it is total wastage of money. Cooler that not cools but fools CUSTOMERs. Was this information helpful? |
