Symphony — Worst Service I have ever seen | |||
I ordered a Symphony Diet 35i Coller on 11/5/2015 on shopcles.com they have delivered me the product on 27/5/2015. There was poor cooling and water was dripping out. I have lodged a complain on 28/5/2015 to Symphony care (Complaint NO AS-RE-28E15005) but till yesterday they have not solved my issue though their service engineer came to me on 29/5/2015 and 30/5/2015 but not able to solve my problem. I called several time to Durgapur Office ([protected]), but they are asking me to wait and telling they will solve the issue. Yesterday they told me that their service engineer will visit but no so visit no solution. The most poor thing is that they have send me a message 13/6/2015 that they are unable to reach to me so they are closing the complaint.
