Don't pay these bast **ds. They play a game.

Make your joining with a bond itself of (2-3) years.
Treat you well for first 2-3 months.
Then start Harassing you.
You'll get frustrated.

Now you'll look for change.
You leave the org. They'll file a case against you.
You will be scared, now what to do?
You'll pay the amount .. trapped .. they have this same other business. Out of this some they pay to thullas in nearby choki.
So never pay the bond amount they can't do anything as bond needs to be signed by 2 parties with 2 witnesses at least. Their bond itself is a game.
They just make you scared by sending notices to your residential address. Recieve all letters. and let them file case in court. but never pay the amount.

Second case;
Somehow you passed the bond duration (1-2) years.
Now you'll look for change
Join any organization which asks for releaving for sure.
They'll never give you relieving. Reason:
You have some unknown document at time of joining which in some page contains few list of companies which you can't join in your lifetime.

These bunch if shi*holes think HCL, ACCENTURE, BIRLASOFT etc are their competitors. So if you have joined this organization, you are trapped in both case if you leave or tolerate them for 2 years.
So why to be their in any case ? Leave immediately and join BirlaSoft / Indiamart / Naukri.com / Meritnations.com .. anywhere now a days they don't ask relieving from this org.. everybody know about them.
They have filed 1000s of cases in Delhi Patiyala house court. Now they file in Noida Surajpur court as in Patiyala house they refused to take any more case of this organization.
