Sir my apple i phone 7 is secured with sync n scan mobile insurance. When it goes damaged i asked for claim then claim department told me to submit the necessary documents. I send all the documents to them on 19 dec 17. But till now they don't give any confirmation regarding claim. They also told me that first they will approve the claim then only you give your mobile for repair to service center for claim otherwise no claim will be offered.
