Syndicate Bank — amazon online shopping refund to my account | |
Hello, I am zakhir hussain i had purchased online product on amazon on 21st sept but i have returned the product on 30th sept as per their policy, it has been 2 months that i am following with them for refund of my amount in syndicate bank which i had used for online shopping using my debit card but their customer care is asking me to contact bank fill the dispute charge from etc etc. I dont like the way they are misguiding me as lot of time is already wasted in followup. Otp not receiving your syndicate Bank service is very worst I can't make payments. Many times i have facing problems.
