Syndicate Bank — amount debited but not yet credited | |||
Dear sir, I was trying to transfer amount of rs. 1000 from my syndicate bank account to icici bank account. But amount got debited from my account but not yet credited to beneficiary account, and not it get credited to the source account. Kindly refund it as soon as possible. I have already speak with customer care and they ask me to visit branch. But branch ask me to contact customer care. Nobody is helping me, kindly look into this. As the syndicate Bank Koyilandy branch had not entered my cheque details in their computer system, they returned the cheque i gave to LIC and deducted service charge of RS 236 for the mistake from their part and when I asked about it, the bank wants me to go directly to the branch

Its happens again, amount got debited from my syndicate bank account, but not credited to my other bank account. I was try to transfer Rs.600 to my other account, but suddenly i got error message "rejected by beneficiary". Kindly help me in this.
