Syndicate Bank — amount not credited to my account paid through debit card

This is regarding the payment which i made through my debit card to buy medicines online i. E., rs.1, 696/- on 16/3/2020 (Ref no.[protected]. And it didn't reflect in pharmeasy. So the delivery boy asked me to pay the amount by cash on 16/3/2020. Later when enquired with pharmeasy they said that the amount was already credited to your bank account (Arn no.[protected]. But still didn't got my money back.

When enquired with the bank personnel he told that due to lockdown there is only one person in the bank and they can't check the details. I'm really in need of my money.
