Syndicate Bank — ATM card didn't start

I m student of engineering GU(NOIDA).I m totally disappointed by syndicate bank. I opened account in syndicate at 28 April 2016 and I found atm after one half week. Expiary date of atm card is March 2021. Bt my atm card is not start right now. When i went at branch they didn't response clearly .and said after two weeks atm card ll start . After that I went 2 or 3 tym and they said atm ll start.after that I searched customer care no( [protected])from website but they never picked up my call . After ending my exam I came home(basti) and I contacted basti syndicate bank .they told me, in atm flag was not attached so contact at dankaur branch. they can't do anything, all will done by dankaur branch. Then I thought I withdrawl my money from bank . When I did then they said here this bank withdrawl can't do. Then I contacted again at dankaur branch first they said atm expired after that they said they can't attach flag, and go open another account. So anybody didn't take responsibility.atm card no is [protected]
