    Syndicate Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    No refund money is reflected to my account after the cancellation of product from amazon. Bank says no amount is reflect to them from amazon. But amazon has already reflected money to the bank. There was a upgradation session of bank due to which may be there some technical fault but they refuse such a transaction. Kindly concern about it.

              Hi,
              I ordered and returned a product to amazon. I made payment with my debit card on 4th oct 2019, amount is rs599. But it was not credit on my account. Amazon customer care they told to submit the charge dispute form to be submitted to amazon and gave the refund reference # 1cw7mjl60000k19ytv5h gave the same to syn bank they said they did but money was not credited still.

                I have transferred 5.5 lacs through rtgs on 1st oct 19 but till now amount not credited to beneficiary account.
                Rtgs utr no: sbinr[protected]. And even not return to my account. When check with syndicate bank they says funds are lying with syndicate bank it seems. This money is transferred for medical expense. Please check and revert back.

                  Hi all concerned syndicate team

                  I made transaction on 14/07/2019 @11.20 am
                  10, 000rs were deducted but never came back in my account. Upon raising complaint bank manager misbehaved with me insulted me also ask me 500rs twice for making investigation but nothing was done. Bank mgr make me go to bank everyday whereas i am a senior citizen also he complained in my office for not allowing me to come to my bank branch. He insulted me on several occasions asking me to do complaint anywhere.

                      My father is a retired employe from railways of age 85 the employe in the bank is misbehaving he is telling the govt didn't give u salary they gave only number we will give that take that, i think he is only 35 to 40 of age there is no respect to elder person how comes to the bank. The bank runs only by railway employe through there salary and pension. The bank is near sangeeth circle secunderabad

                        I have visited syndicate bank khokhra branch for my regular banking.
                        Bank has deducted rs.15/- from my account, when asked about the same employee mr. Abhishek informed me same has been deducted as per r. B. I. Guide line.

                        I have asked him to show me rbi notification, but he misbehaved and used harsh language.

                        If i not received any action from your end i will have no other option to complaint to higher authority.

                          My self mary sherin. I went for open my account on september 30 th at syndicate bank, kaloor. After filling the form she told us to get zerox of adhara card. There is no xerox shop near. So i went 2 km away and got the copy given. Then she is saying again now you need to get pancard copy. That day left from this bank.
                          Today, which mean october 4th morning i went there first she said not possible today because connection is error. I explained her few days before also we came. Then her replay was then come at evening 5 clock.
                          I am a women. If i depositing some amount above 5 laks an all definitely you people will open with in minutes. Why its showing the discrimination?

                            I have a land development loan and crop loan in your bank sb ac no[protected].in this branch agri manager ms shanmuga priya, she is behavior is irritating. When we go to bank for loan related any work she is telling come tomorrow, come tomorrow. Last august i visited e bank and asked about how much i need pay and all the details. She said pay the crop loan full and get your money next day itself. Then i paid my full l oan amount 215000 on sept 7 from that she is telling tomorrow u come daily the same. Not sure is not giving me loan including this branch manager. Who signed as granter they not paid it seems. Beginning only she should tell me right. This is too much they are doing.

Today at 1.30pm i had gone to branch office kishore ganj ranchi of syndicate bank for printing details of automactic renewal of fdr. When i told to one ladies staff for this purpose then she told to me that this is not possible because this fdr is not of our branch and she did not written details in fdr.
                                All bank are core banking, then why renewal details were not written on my frd.

                                  Recently i ordered a product on amazon. I pay online for this product with my debit card. But some reason it was cancelled. So amazon refund the payment on 8 august 2019. But the refund is not in my account yet. I just asked amazon care about this too and they give this refernce no. Is[protected]. So why the refund is not credited to my account yet?? I have done this complain second time. And yet there is no response yet.

                                    I have uploaded the account number in amazon for a product refund. They had initiated the refund on november 21st 2018. But we have not received it. We also complained about it in pulivendula bank branch (Ifc. No. Synb0003205) but there is no reply from your side. So we request to enquire on our rs.6, 199 disputed money from them.                                       Good evening sir. I recharge Rs.325. D2h vodieocon on 07.09.2019. The transaction done, but the channels are coming. I ask D2h care centre they said we not receive the recharge ask the bank to refund the amount. Please do the refund the recharge amount of Rs. 325. as soon as possible. Thank you sir.

                                      My savings bank account no: [protected]. They have opened a PPF account in my name saying that I would get the money back after 5 years. But I would never get back my money in next 15 years. I want my money back now as a person of 71 is not likely to live till 86.
                                      Sir bank officer do not give my credit card his behaviour is not good.
                                      He used not good language.
                                      And not give right information

                                        I made 2 imps transactions on
                                        [protected] of transaction id[protected] of amount ₹19825 and ₹19825 respectively, and it was n0t credited in beneficiary account and amount deducted from my account and i got msg as time out at beneficiary bank and status will updated in 2 days but already completed 3 days but amount not credited please solve my issue a abhimanyu singh acct no [protected] it wil give negitive impact on bank and i made so many transactions in other bank but never got problem like this if transaction failed means it wil credited in instant or 2 days but why is this bank taking so much time
                                        Syndicate Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        INR 295 debited from my syndicate bank account as service charges .The same has not been informed by the bank earlier.
                                        When I contacted customer care they said we have no information regarding your account and unable to resolve your problem.They started giving false excuses
                                        I have made a transaction of Rs.200 on 23rd august 2019, the transcation has failed but i didnot received the amount back its been around 5days.
                                        So, please refund my Rs.200 at the earliest.
