I have made a transaction amount of rs.12 000-/- by using syndicate bank mobile app around 5 o clock in morning of 31 july 2019. My amount is debited from my account but yet still not received to beneficiary bank i sent. I am in urgent need of that money to be transferred to that beneficiary bank. I got a message around 5:09 am 2 aug 2019 with imps trxn with ref stated is timed out at beneficiary bank status will be updated within 2 days. I contacted customer care they told me to wait around 48 hours for the amount to refund. I am in emergency situation where i need that money to be transferred...

    I am not receiving otp on my mobile since 20 days from syndicate bank and i am facing this problem frequently in syndicate bank. I have urgent transactions to make and cannot make due to otp. After many complaints the issue was resolved before but now i complained to the customer care many times but no response from the customer care. My user id 1484330

    I am not receiving OTP on my mobile since 20 days from Syndicate bank and i am facing this problem frequently in syndicate bank. I have urgent transactions to make and cannot make due to OTP. After many complaints the issue was resolved before but now i complained to the customer care many times but no response from the customer care. My user id 1484330
    Phonepe app shows the amount is credited to my account but amount is not credited in my account but when I contacted the phonepe customer care they told that Syndicate bank has confirmed that Rs. 40000 is credited to my account

      This consignment has not delivered to destination and item is booked on 27.07.2019 from Ghatal, though speed post must delivered with in 4 days. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at your earliest.Earlier speed post has been delivered on time but this time it's taking time .Is there any specific reason behind this delay?

      Loan already closed on 28.02.19 and also attached a pic of noc.
      But still not update in system and cibil also..

      So many time visited in the branch but could not get an answer from them.

        मेरी माता स्व : फूलवती जी का सिंडिकेट बैंक की शाखा चंदौसी जनपद संभल में प्रधान मंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा चल रहा था. जिसकी पहली किश्त 330 रूपये दिनांक 06 /07 /2015 को खाते से आहरित कर ली गयी थी। तत्पश्चात दिनांक 07 /11 /2015 को मेरी माता जी का देहांत हो गया था। तत्पश्चात मेने दिनांक 16 /01 /2016 को बीमा का लाभ हेतु समस्त जरुरी दस्ताबेजों को जमा कर आवेदन किया। तथा इसके बाद बैंक द्वारा दोबारा दिनांक 30 /03 /2016 को मूल दस्ताबेज मांगे गए। मेने भली भाती सभी दस्ताबेज जमा कर दिए। मेरा आवेदन बैंक द्वारा स्वीकर करके भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम को अग्रसित कर दिया गया। लम्बे समय तक बैंक द्वारा कोई भी संतोशजनक जवाब न मिलने पर मेने बैंक से संपर्क किया जिस पर बैंक की तरफ से कहा गया की आपका आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है। इस सन्दर्भ में मेने आर टी आई के माध्यम से उचित कारण जानना चाहा लेकिन मुझे अवतक कोई भी संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं मिल पाया है

        The refund money has not yet been credited to the account.
        Amount 513 had to be credited to the bank account by 16th and the process is taking a lot of time.
        Why can't the bank refund money at the proper time
        They never do it on time. This has to be done and given a proper solution.

          Syndicate bank mobile banking app not getting activated even after putting the received activation code
          Yesterday i was withdrawing the amount through my debit card from bank of baroda atm. Money was debited by showing decline transaction bt it was not withdrawn and i got the message of 8000 debited from account.
          Please see that my money is to be credited back in my accout.

              Sir i bought a product from amazon and paid 426 rs for it on 4 july 2019 but i returned this product to the company they refunded my amount on 20 july 2019 but refunded amount did not reflect in my account and i registered a complain to the customer care but he said there is no refund initiated from amazon then i talked to amazon customer care he said that they initiated the refund so please take an action against it

                I did the transaction on redbus using syndicate debit card. But they deduct my amount. I cancel the transaction with redbus, they refund my money from their side. But it will not reflect in my account. Such a useless service from syndicate bank person. They always say we can't do anything regarding this. I lost my money on 2 transactions like this. Better i will close my account regarding this process.

                  I have submitted form regarding net banking but I m not able to login as I contacted syndicate bank customer service everything there they asked me was perfect but then also I m not able to work on it..So please sort this problem.

                  As I want to start net banking i contacted my bank and filed a form regarding it and they gave some instructions to get registered but when I was filling the instructions given a validate option is there for new user registration but it showed that it is invalid as I have attached a file also that error found in that.So please resolve my problem as fast as possible.

                  I have done a transaction on jul 16 using syndicate bank debit card on patym platform to book train tickets. Tickets did not get confirmed but money got debited and patym says that they had refunded the money to the bank but i did not receive any from the bank.Please look after this issue and quick response would be appreciated .

                            I had swiped my card at a retail store on 4th july. Despite the store not receiving any money the money was deducted from my account ([protected]).                                       I was trying to transfer amount of rs. 1000 from my syndicate bank account to icici bank account. But amount got debited from my account but not yet credited to beneficiary account, and not it get credited to the source account. Kindly refund it as soon as possible. I have already speak with customer care and they ask me to visit branch. But branch ask me to contact customer care. Nobody is helping me, kindly look into this.

                                      As the syndicate Bank Koyilandy branch had not entered my cheque details in their computer system, they returned the cheque i gave to LIC and deducted service charge of RS 236 for the mistake from their part and when I asked about it, the bank wants me to go directly to the branch
