Syndicate Bank — complaint about mobile banking

Dear sir/madam
Iam requesting you to enable the mobile banking flag.in the mobile banking while iam refreshing on balance its shows mobile banking flag not enable for this account.. I can't to visit my branch.. So i need get solution for this problem

Sir, my Syndicate bank mobile app is not working. When I approached my branch they said it might be your mobile fault and not provided any solution. So, Please provide me with a new mpin to my gmail account, so I can access my app for my daily transactions.Hope my request will be attended as early as possible.
