Syndicate Bank — dispute the transaction as refund not processed

Address:

302/Bldg No 14, A Wing, Shri Om Ganesh CHS, Kukreja Compound, Near Eastern Freeway, Vashi naka, RC Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400074.

Amazon has initiated a refund of rs 1237/- on 1st june 2020 and the refund reference number is 74766510154021748745715 but the amount is still not credited to my bank account, when i contacted the customer care they said that it will take still 4-5 working days more and at the max by 8th of june but when i contacted them on 8th of june they are unable to locate the refund and they still need more time.
After that i contacted several times and i spoke to n number of customer care executive but the activity seems to be futile and i still not received my refund it's really frustrating kindly help me on asap basis so that i can get my legitimate refund.
