Syndicate Bank — gold loan account not closed

Hi,

Even after repeated requests and frequent visits to the bank branch there was no solution/closure offered to the complaint.

Request you to look into this on priority as there was no proper response from the branch manager, this is seriously killing my credit scores.

Branch details:

Syndicate bank
New nallakunta branch
Hyderabad.

Gold loan account numbers:

[protected]-1
[protected]-1

Both were closed in 2012 still its reflecting as "open" and showing outstanding balances in the credit reports (Cibil).

Please guide me if this is not the proper channel/department for immediate solution.
