Syndicate Bank — improper behaviour of employee | |||
My mother visited syndicate bank karnad, mulki branch for updating her passbook, as i had sent money through net banking, she wanted to ensure whether money has updated to her account or not. My mother requested him to update passbook and he was very rude to her and told no changes to update. Mom requested him to verify and he replied don't you understand kannada. My mother is not soo educated to check balance through atm. Later i went to atm and checked mini statement and confirmed balance transaction. My mother held account in syndicate bank from last 25 years and some white beard old aged bank employee dared to talk to her in that way. Kindly look into the issue. This is shilash Christian from Ahmedabad I have account in synd bank.i have recharge my Airtel TV on 14/08/2018 with 215.. one time transaction is failed then I recharge second time.
But money deducted two times in my account
