[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — Misbehavior of staff | |||||
I had visited syndicate bank for updating my pan card details and I asked a lady on 1 st counter about the details... She gladly told me what has to be done and submit it to a person who was supposed to sign it. Once that part was over he told me to hand it over to the person sitting on second counter. As I went there and was handing it over, the female sitting on that counter was on her mobile phone talking and was so annoyed when I showed her my copy... She disrespectfully replied saying this is counter number 4, give it to lady beside me, as if it was a crime asking her. She was on her personal call on duty and secondly replying to customers query is their duty. This female is in counter number 4 having last name inamdar... Is this the way syndicate bank treats their customers??? Apart from counter number and their name nothing else is mentioned as to which person /counter is meant for what. Mar 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Bank manager was kind enough to personally resolve the issue and I am happy to see the change for good.
