Hi this is m surya prabhavathi. I transered 17380/- from my syndicate bank to state bank of hyderabad on 13th-jun-2016 at 4.30pm by using imps funds transfer using ifsc code option. Its debited from my syndicate bank but its not credited to beneficiary account which is state bank of hyderabad.

I have request for new master card and i received master card but my old visa atm card is still working. I was gone branch but no responses from their and also not respond from customer care.
Please tell me how i block my visa atm...
