Syndicate Bank — money deducted from bank account

Yesterday from my bank account 295rs deducted for new atm card issue. Is syndicate bank charge for master card atm? But other bank don't charge money for issuing new atm with new bank account. Thats why i want to know that is it legal to charge money for new atm card with new bank account. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you. Regards

I transferred amount to my friend through phonepay and transaction was successful but my friend didnt recieve amount
And my amount from bank got debited
I want my amount back it is of 500
Please credit it back
