Syndicate Bank — money refund from amazon

Mobile phone purchased refund done by amazon but still not showing up in my account contacted syndicate bank customer service but no response from their end hence i want my money refunded back as quick as possible. I'm also having refund reference number 74332749352935135382460 im waiting since 5 days for the money to be refundee but still no action is being taken
