Syndicate Bank — my money is not reversal in my account | |||
Sir, i'm shabana begum mirja, syndicate bank account no. [protected], ifsc code. Synb0008907. I do transaction on 17 march 2020 at 22:15 of rs 15000 and transaction no.[protected]. This amount withdrawal from my account but not deposit in airtel money account. Airtel money account show transaction failed and amount doesn't deposit on it. This amount doesn't refund in my account till now. I do written complaint 20 march after 48 hours and online complaint no. 8907/20200324/0044006 also on 24 march after no reply from bank. Reply from online on 02/04/20 *dear sir/madam, kindly wait 5-6 amount will be credit to customer account.* What does 5-6 means, hour or day or month or year? 27 days to go no information when my money come, and bank cross the time bounding. This is a delicate time without money i can't do. 15000 rupees it not just less amount. I want my money back with compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
