Syndicate Bank — Non credit of failed transaction

Sir,
I am rahul baisoya having syndicate saving bank account no [protected] whose branch code is 8692.
I have done transaction of rs. 2000/- on 25 dec 16 with transaction id 13548822 on paytm. Image of bank statement attched for ready reference. That amount has been debited from my account but not credited in paytm wallet and also not showing in paytm transaction details. Screenshot of paytm wallet is also attached.
When i contacted bank for this transaction, they refused to help me and said that this happens normally which in unacceptable in mordern digitalised world.
It is requested to liase with paytm and refund my money back into my account or state the reason of non refundnent arrived due to transaction failure.
Kindly state the current status.
