Purchased laptop amounting to rs. 23590/- through amazon on 21/10/2019 through syndicate bank debit card and cancelled on the same day. Amazon has refunded my amount vide refund reference nob. 157972 on the same day. But far my amount is not credited to my account by your bank. I buy a product from amazon but it is not suitable .i purchase the product from syndicate bank debit card.i return the product to amazon.they return the money to my account.they send me refund reference number.but my bank is not credited to account the money..
