Syndicate Bank — payment not received by atm but debit from a/c

I have tried to withdraw cash (Rs.10000) from atm id: add2539a allahabad bank, kala kheriya, fatehabad road, agra as on 13.01.2020 at 18:09, but i did not received any cash & my a/c was debited by the amount given by me i. E rs.10000/-.
