Syndicate Bank — Refund a transaction amount

Address:AT-DAULATPUR CHANDI, PO-HARAULI, PS-HAJIPUR,VAISHALI

Sir/Ma'am,
I withdraw the 5000/- Rupees from the ATM of IDBI Bank Hajipur, Vaishali, bihar 844101 on 11th June'20.But I did not get the Amount from that ATM and that Amount has been deduct from my Account.When i discuss for this matter in my Account Branch at Daulatpur Chandi, Hajipur, Vaishali.Then the Branch Manager said to me it will be returned in your Account within 2-3 days, but after a week i will discuss again in Branch, then Branch Manager said -IT is your Response.I can't do this.

So you Kindly, help me please
