Syndicate Bank — refund amount doesn't received | |||
I have made payment of rs 801 my electricity bill on 11 april 2018 via paytm merchant at first my payment has been completed successfully after sometime i have received failed message on my registered mobile number on query with paytm merchant he has told me that my transaction has been failed and the amount has been credit to my account and giving me a reference number which is provided by our bank[protected] 207 regarding refund of my amount of rs 801 and yet it doesn't credit to my account please refund the said amount to my account..
