[Resolved]  Syndicate Bank — refund not cleared

I have booked bus in redbus app which got cancelled on 15 Apr 2020. I checked with the redbus customer care several times.. They have initiated the refund amount but still not credited in my syndicate bank account.

They told like within 5 to 7 days amount will be credited.. But still not cleared..
