[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — refund not processed for bill payment using debit card | |
I made an electricity bill payment of rs350 on amazon on[protected] and the amount is deducted from my account. But unfortunately the order gets cancelled and received a message from amazon as rs350 is successfully refunded and it should be reflected in your account within 3-4 business days. But still[protected] i didn't received a refund. When i contact amazon customer care they said the refund is successfully processed on[protected] you have to contact your bank's customer care. But when i contact the bank's customer care they said there is no refund send from amazon and we can't do anything. Refund reference number is 072347 Was this information helpful? | |
