Syndicate Bank — Refund not reflected in the account | |||||
I have paid the payment of Rs 521.55 and Rs 289 on Amazon through my debit card on 6/12/2020. I returned the items and amazon refunded me full money on 10/12/2020. Reference numbers for both the payment were generated on 15/12/2020. I didn't received my refund in account till now. I had contacted the branch and the syndicate helpline twice but of no use.they just asked me to wait .I also contacted to amazon and they asked me to file a charge dispute form and complaint against syndicate as I have the reference numbers as my proof.
